Mynians Cloud Backup is a managed service for the files on business Windows PCs. We configure it, keep an eye on it and help you get files back.

Pricing & how to buy
Two ways to buy
Buy Cloud Backup on its own, or add it to a Mynians Managed IT plan. Prices are monthly, per Windows workstation, and are starting rates.
12-month term with automatic annual renewal. Workstation service renews for another 12 months unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before renewal. Your written service order confirms the renewal date, billing schedule, and how to give notice.

Prices shown are starting rates per Windows workstation per month, not a blanket rate. There is no online checkout; billing is set up for your account after approval. Our current release was verified on Windows workstations, backing up and recovering selected files. Servers and VMs get their own assessment.

These are not included in the workstation service. Each would need its own scope and restore test.
FAQ
Common questions
Does this recover files or my whole PC?
Files. The service backs up and recovers selected business folders. It does not image the whole PC or rebuild Windows and your applications. If you need full-system recovery, we can scope that separately.
We already use OneDrive. Why add backup?
OneDrive keeps files in sync, so a deletion or unwanted change on one device can reach your other copies. An independent backup keeps separate copies we can recover from. Microsoft 365 data itself is not covered by this service.
Can I also keep a local USB backup?
Yes, optional local USB backup can be included when it is scoped in your quote.
What affects my quote?
The number of Windows workstations, how much data you protect, the storage allowance and retention you choose, local USB, and the recovery help you want.
Do I need a Mynians Managed IT plan?
No. Standalone Backup is available on its own. Managed IT clients can add it to their plan instead; both start with the same managed onboarding.
How do I pay?
There is no online checkout. After you submit a request, Mynians confirms your device count and scope, and once you approve, our accounting team sends a QuickBooks invoice for your account.
Do you back up servers, virtual machines or a NAS?
They are assessed separately. File coverage for a Windows server or VM guest can be quoted after validation. Image-level, host-level and application-aware recovery need a separately scoped solution.
How fast can I get files back?
It depends on how much data is involved and your connection. Assisted recovery is handled within the scope in your quote; we do not promise a fixed recovery time.
What happens to the backup I already have?
Keep it. We leave your existing backup in place until a restore from the new service has been verified.
