Can I get a price without a call?
Yes for managed IT: the plans and pricing page shows workstation and server rates, the $250 monthly minimum, and a live calculator, and you can sign the service agreement online. Cabling, VoIP, and projects are quoted after a short scoping conversation.
Are contact hours the same as billing hours?
No. Office contact hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm ET. Standard labor billing hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm under Schedule B; work outside that billing window uses the applicable after-hours rate. Helpdesk labor is billed separately from the MSP base, and availability is governed by the agreement.
