1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Site, respond to you, and deliver our services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact details — your name, business name, email address, and telephone number when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise reach out.
- Inquiry and correspondence content — the subject and message you send us, and any information you choose to include about your business, systems, or service needs.
- Newsletter information — your email address when you sign up for our newsletter.
- Service and support information — information you provide during quoting, onboarding, or support, which may include technical details about your network, systems, or environment.
- Billing information — contact and invoicing details for clients we serve. We do not process payments through this Site.
- Technical and usage information — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and related technologies (see Sections 4 and 5).
2. How Information Is Collected
We collect information in three ways: directly from you (forms, email, phone calls, and service interactions); automatically (cookies, analytics, and server logs, subject to your consent choices in our cookie banner); and from service integrations we use to run the Site and our business, such as our email and analytics providers described below.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes; provide, administer, and support our services; send newsletters and business communications you have signed up for; operate, secure, and improve the Site; understand how visitors use the Site (analytics); prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; maintain business records and billing; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, managed through a consent banner. Cookies are grouped into functional, preferences, statistics, and marketing categories. Functional cookies are required for the Site to work; the other categories are used only according to your consent choices.
You can review the cookies in use and change your choices at any time on our Opt-Out Preferences page, or via the cookie settings control on the Site. Your browser also offers settings to block or delete cookies; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
5. Analytics and Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services on the Site:
- Google Analytics — website analytics (visits, pages viewed, browser/device information). We have configured our analytics implementation to limit the data shared with Google, and analytics cookies run subject to your consent choices.
- Email marketing — our newsletter sign-up is processed through our email marketing provider, which stores subscriber email addresses on our behalf.
- Embedded content — the Site may embed YouTube videos and Google Maps. When you interact with embedded content, the provider may collect data under its own privacy policy.
- Social media — the Site links to our social profiles and offers share buttons. Where marketing cookies from social or advertising platforms are used, they load only if you consent to marketing cookies in the banner.
We do not list a third party here unless it is actually used on the Site. Providers may change over time; our Opt-Out Preferences page reflects the current cookie inventory.
6. How Information Is Shared
We do not rent your personal information, and we are not in the business of selling contact lists. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers — vendors that help us run the Site and our business (for example: website hosting, email delivery, email marketing, analytics, and backup providers). They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mynians, our clients, or others.
- Security and fraud prevention — to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Business transfers — if Mynians is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your direction or consent — for example, when you ask us to coordinate with one of your other vendors.
7. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. If you consent to marketing cookies, third-party advertising or social media tools may collect internet activity data on the Site, which some privacy laws define broadly as “sharing.” You can prevent this at any time by declining or withdrawing consent for marketing cookies on the Opt-Out Preferences page.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: for the duration of our communication or service relationship with you, and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and security requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption on the Site, access controls, and security tooling appropriate to our business. No website or information system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we take protecting your information seriously, and it is central to the services we provide our own clients.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
You can contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or limit certain processing. Depending on where you live, some of these rights may be granted by law; regardless of your location, we honor reasonable requests. To make a request, email info@mynians.com with enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your information. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy choices.
Additional choices: unsubscribe links are included in every newsletter we send; cookie choices can be changed on the Opt-Out Preferences page; and you can decline to provide information, though this may limit our ability to respond or provide services.
11. Florida Residents
Mynians is a Florida limited liability company. Florida’s comprehensive consumer privacy law (the Florida Digital Bill of Rights) applies to very large businesses and does not currently impose obligations on companies of our size; we nonetheless honor the request process described in Section 10. Separately, under the Florida Information Protection Act, we are required to safeguard personal information and to notify affected individuals of certain data breaches, and we maintain practices designed to meet those obligations.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@mynians.com and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Websites
The Site links to external websites, including our client support portal, social media profiles, and other resources. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
