Our fixed price PCease repair service is available across the UK and includes the cost of labour and courier pickup and drop off*. If a replacement part is required will we find the best price though our network of suppliers and pass on our trade price to you. Unlike our competitors we do not make any money on the cost of parts! Our trade price is your purchase price!
We are so confident that we can fix all computer problems we offer a No Fix, No Fee guarantee and will refund your payment if we are unable to repair your computer.
How does it work?
To book your PC repair online:
Selecting your PC problem from the list below of common problems and add to cart.
If you are unable to see you problem listed select Other or call us for a quote.
Alternatively call us to arrange a fixed price quote. If you live in the Central Florida area we will collect your PC or laptop for free.
Outside of Central Florida there is a charge of $45 for the pickup and return. We only require your PC or laptop we don't need your monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.
We will diagnose the problem and if your computer requires a replacement part we will contact you to let you know what we found wrong, the cost of the replacement part and how long it will take.
Free Upgrades?
When we receive your PC you pay a fixed price for our time no matter how long we spend with your computer. Take full advantage of this by booking an upgrade? For example you could rejuvenate your computer with a RAM upgrade or improve your graphics with a new graphics card? You will only pay for the cost of the upgrade parts and not the labour making this a very cost effective upgrade! If you are unsure what upgrade you require to make your computer faster, more efficient and much better then let us know and we can recommend some options to you during our diagnostic of your computer.
* Free Pickup and Return of your PC or Laptop in the Central Florida area. Outside of Central Florida we charge a low fee of $45.00 to pick up and return your computer back to you.
